Right of withdrawal

SAFE-CARE is a project of HOPn, Weichterstr. 1, 86807 Buchloe, Germany. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (for services) or from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you takes possession of the goods (for goods).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HOPn, Weichterstr. 1, 86807 Buchloe, email: info@hopn.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example an email). To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Business customers

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Orders placed as a business (B2B) are not covered to the same extent; individual agreements remain possible.
