2. Scope
This policy applies to the SAFE-CARE website, including the contact form, pre-orders, custom quote requests, order-status lookup, and optional demo features (chat and illustrative demos).
3. Data we process
- Contact data you submit (name, email, organisation, phone, message, inquiry type).
- Order and quote data (package, configuration, country, optional VAT ID, order reference).
- Technical hosting logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to operate and secure the site.
- Language preference and session data via essential cookies — see the Cookie policy.
- If you use the AI assistant: the text you enter so a reply can be generated. The assistant does not give medical advice.
- Microphone access in the speech demo only locally in the browser if you allow it. Raw audio is not stored on our servers.
4. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
We process personal data to respond to enquiries, handle pre-orders and quotes, and operate/secure the website. Legal bases may include Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent), lit. b (contract / pre-contractual steps), and lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests in secure website operation).
5. Recipients and hosting
The website is hosted with Hostinger. Data you submit via forms may be stored on our hosting infrastructure and delivered by email to HOPn mailboxes (for example info@hopn.eu). Payments, if enabled, go through Stripe; card data never reaches us. An optional AI provider processes chat input only if that service is configured. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry and order data only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal retention duties, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at info@hopn.eu.
