The Resident Care Digital Twin (RCDT) holds care context as explicit state: person, home, routine, consent, escalation paths, and device capability. Reasoning-layer proposals proceed only when they fit this state and the Safety Gate constraints.
Consent and escalation are first-class fields — not implicit side effects. SAFE-CARE does not claim clinical validation; the twin is an architecture target for evaluation and partner integration.
Results shown here are module-level and/or simulation benchmarks. They are not clinical validation. No living-lab study has been performed.
